There’s Always a Better Deal
A project where we streamline supplier contracts is divided into three stages: Mapping, Execution and Handover. The main objective is to renegotiate lower costs and better terms, which in turn increases value.
Mapping
During the mapping phase, we sit down together and define the project. We review all your contracts and together choose the ones with the biggest potential. We also meet with all the contract owners.
We always work as a part of your organization. Our experience tells us that this helps create the most optimal conditions, while at the same time lowering the guard of suppliers and contract owners. Everyone understands that we’re here to ease the workload and nothing else.

Execution
In this phase, we start renegotiations with current suppliers. We keep you continuously informed about quotes, potential errors, and decisions that need to be made.

This is the most fun part of every project. During handover, we submit final reports, and after your approval, the cost savings and new contracts are realized.
Each project is, of course, unique, but our benchmarks show that we lower supplier costs by an average of 25%. And if that isn’t worth celebrating, we don’t know what is!

You’re Always in Full Control
We always work independently and with full transparency. This means that we don’t collect commissions or referrals from suppliers, and you’re always fully informed about our work. You’re not handing over decision-making power regarding which suppliers to work with.
Pricing That’s Cash Flow Positive
It’s rare to sell something that doesn’t cost the client anything but instead saves them money. Our reputation is in direct correlation with our performance. Therefore, we never charge you without succeeding in renegotiations.
Our fee is a part of the cost savings we achieve. We bill you in proportion to the savings realized during the first 12 months – thereafter, 100% of the cost savings are yours. Our compensation model is therefore always cash flow and P&L positive for your business.

The duration of a project depends on the scope and number of suppliers. On average, a project spans 4–6 months and encompasses 5–15 suppliers. Getting started takes about 3 hours of your time, and thereafter we report back to contract owners on an ongoing basis.
